Paul Biava
Paul Biava leads ETC Florida with decades of executive experience in telecommunications and technology. Since acquiring the company in 2017 he has focused on growth, innovation and long-term client service.

George Malin
George Malin has worked across engineering, operations and system design since joining ETC Florida in 2012. Today he leads design and strategic accounts with a focus on carrying technical intent through project execution.

Mike Perez
Mike Perez brings more than 15 years of experience across architecture, design, construction and development. He guides clients and design-build teams through early planning while aligning the technology scope with the larger project vision.
