Plenty of what we do begins with one thing. A few Sonos speakers that need to become a real system. Lighting in the rooms that matter, wired so the rest can follow. A network that finally covers the whole house.
None of that requires committing to a full-home platform on day one. It requires planning the foundation for where you might go, which is a design decision rather than a budget one.

How We Choose
Three questions come before performance.
Will it still be supported in ten years? Can it be serviced without replacing everything around it? And does it match what the house actually needs — because more system than a home will use isn't a better system, it's a more expensive one that's harder to live with.
Most homes land on two or three of these platforms working together. Very few need all of them.
