Security and life-safety monitoring runs through a national monitoring center, so alerts are answered around the clock.
What the Work Is Actually Like
We pull cable straight and label it at both ends. We rack equipment so the next person can read it. We mount devices level in closets nobody opens.
Nobody checks any of that. We do it because a system's tenth year is what tells you who built it, and because most of our clients are still our clients, which means we're the ones who come back and open that rack.
If you've worked somewhere that treated the install as the finish line, this will feel different. Service isn't the junior job here. It's most of what we do in any given week, and it's the reason the company still exists after nearly four decades.
Who We Hire
Installation technicians — cable, terminations, mounting, and the field problem-solving that no drawing anticipates
Programmers — Lutron, Control4, Crestron, and the scene logic that decides whether a client likes their system
Service technicians — diagnosing, correcting, and knowing a client's house well enough that they ask for you by name
Designers and project managers — working from drawings alongside builders, architects, and interior designers
Sales and client-facing roles — for people who'd rather understand a house than move a product
Experience in low-voltage helps. So does experience in any trade where the work is either right or it isn't. We train, and we pay for training.
