Home Technology in West Palm Beach
Automation, networking, lighting, and theater across Palm Beach County
Our West Palm Beach office has worked in these neighborhoods for decades. Most of what we do here comes from builders and designers who've used us across many projects, and from clients who called us for one house and then called us for the next.
The Homes We Work In
Palm Beach County isn't one kind of house, and the technology conversation changes depending on which one you're in.
Palm Beach brings landmark and historic-district constraints like plaster walls, limited chase space, exteriors that can't be altered. Retrofit here is a design problem before it's an installation problem.
West Palm Beach runs from downtown high-rise condominiums to established single-family neighborhoods, each with its own building rules about what can be run where.
Jupiter and Juno Beach are heavily waterfront, which means coverage to the dock, salt-rated outdoor equipment, and a lot of houses that sit empty part of the year. The club communities here — Admirals Cove among them — bring their own architectural review and their own expectations.
Boca Raton and Delray Beach skew newer and larger, with more new construction. That's where we'd rather be involved, at schematic design.
Wellington and Royal Palm Beach are a different problem entirely. Equestrian properties aren't one building. They're a main house, a barn, a guest cottage, and often a groom's apartment, spread across acreage with real distance between them. Getting a single network across all of it, so the cameras at the barn work as reliably as the television in the living room, is a design exercise before it's an equipment question. Occupancy follows the show season rather than the calendar, which changes what monitoring and pre-arrival service need to cover.
Boynton Beach and Palm Beach Gardens cover a wide range, from golf-community homes where the network needs to reach a guest house to newer construction where everything can be planned from the drawings.
The constant across all of it is Florida construction. Concrete block, stucco, impact glass, and foil-backed insulation are hard on wireless signal, and any coverage design that ignores them fails in the same predictable places.

Systems here are monitored remotely, which means a good share of problems are corrected before anyone notices. For houses occupied part of the year, pre-arrival visits mean the system is running before anyone gets off the plane.

Working With Local Builders and Designers
We coordinate inside your drawings and your schedule. Brought in at schematic design, the technology stops being a coordination problem later. Conduit gets run, keypad locations get resolved, and nobody discovers in month nine that there's nowhere to put a rack.
