Home Technology Services IN West Palm Beach & Vero Beach
Most homes don't need everything on this page. They need two or three of these done properly, and planned so the rest can follow later without tearing anything out.
That's usually where the conversation starts — one room that never worked, or a set of drawings that hasn't accounted for any of it yet. Where it goes from there depends on the house.
OUR SERVICES
How These Fit Together
The network comes first. Everything else in a connected house depends on it, which is why it's the first thing we design and the reason most systems that feel unreliable are actually a coverage problem wearing a different hat.
After that it depends on the house. Lighting and shades usually travel together. They're both about how a room handles light through the day, and they run on the same system. Theater and audio are about how a room sounds and what it's for. Security and outdoor technology extend all of it past the walls.
Automation is what makes them one system instead of six.
Where to Start
If you're building or renovating, start with the drawings. Conduit, wire paths, keypad locations, and equipment space are decisions that cost almost nothing before the walls close and a great deal afterward, even if the technology itself goes in years later.
For builders, architects, and designers →
If you're in a finished home, start with what isn't working. That's usually the network, sometimes a room that never sounded right, occasionally a system installed by a company that's hard to reach now. Retrofit is a large part of what we do.
If you already have a system, it may not need replacing. Plenty of what we're called out to turns out to be equipment that's fine and placement that isn't.
A Note on Starting Small
Plenty of what we do begins with one thing. A network that finally covers the whole house. Lighting in the rooms that matter, wired so the rest can follow. A single room that's never worked properly.
None of that requires committing to a whole-home system on day one. It requires planning the foundation for where you might go, which is a design decision rather than a budget one.
Where We Work
Designed and installed from two offices — West Palm Beach, serving Palm Beach, Jupiter, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and Juno Beach; and Vero Beach, serving Vero, Sebastian, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Hobe Sound, and Martin County.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Most people aren't. Tell us what isn't working, or send the drawings if you're building. We'll tell you honestly what we'd do first.
